These are the rules governing all contests aired on Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK radio (Station) and on the kickinkountry101.com website, unless otherwise specified.

1. No purchase necessary to enter any Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK contest.

2. Eligibility to Win:

   • Only one winner per household is permitted within 30 days after a household has a winner.

   • Any prize awarded to an ineligible listener will be deemed null and void, and an alternate eligible winner may be named.

   • Winner can only win one time per contest.

3. Broadcasting and Recording:

   • Anytime you call the Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK studios, you assume that your call will be broadcast or recorded.

   • You grant us permission to broadcast the call or record it for later broadcast.

4. Use of Winner’s Information:

   • As a winner, your voice, name, and/or picture may be used for promotional, broadcast, or internet purposes.

5. Prizes:

   • Prizes awarded are not redeemable for cash.

   • No prize is transferable.

   • No substitution for a prize will be made at the request of the winner. Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK reserves the right to substitute a prize of similar value.

6. Taxes:

   • All winners are responsible for all taxes on the prize awarded.

   • Winners of a prize valued at $600 or more will be required to complete the appropriate tax forms at the Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK studios before claiming their prize.

   • All winners will receive a 1099 MISC federal tax form if, in one calendar year, the prize value of all prizes won equals or exceeds $600.

7. Legal Process and Prize Delivery:

   • If the winner is subject to or the subject of any order or legal process issued by any governmental agency (e.g., garnishment, child support order, judgment, lien, etc.), Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK will deliver the prize to the official representative of the governmental entity.

   • Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK will not be liable for any claim by any winner for damages arising from this process.

8. Eligibility Criteria:

   • Contests are open to all eligible residents in the Station listening area who are 18 or over (unless otherwise specified).

   • Contestants must possess a valid form of identification bearing their picture, which will be accepted by Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK before awarding the prize.

   • Employees of Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK, Kingdom Media Group, their advertising agencies, affiliates, contest sponsors, employees, and immediate families of each are not eligible to win.

   • Immediate family includes the spouse, great-grandparents, grandparents, parents, brothers, sisters, children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren of the employee and their spouse, as well as legal guardians.

9. Claiming Prizes:

   • Winners must claim their prize at Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays), within 30 days of being notified, unless there is an expiration date stated for the prize.

10. Laws and Regulations:

• All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

• Contest is void where prohibited.

11. Disqualification:

• Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK reserves the right to disqualify any winner if contest rules are violated.

12. Liability:

• Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK and Kingdom Media Group assume no liability for any situations, repairs, or incidents arising from any aspect of the prize awarded.

13. Right to Interrupt or Discontinue Contests:

• Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK reserves the right to interrupt and/or discontinue any contest or promotion (and not award the offered prize) if world events, national mood, or public safety warrant such an action.

14. Amendment of Rules:

• Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK reserves the right to amend the rules of any contest at any time. The judge’s decision is always final.

15. Phone and Text Entry:

• For any contest requiring phone entry, you must use the number 888-415-4254 (same for texting).

• Standard text messaging rates apply.

• The person operating the telephone at Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK has the final decision on who is the winning caller.

16. Inability to Participate:

• Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK shall have no responsibility for contestant’s inability or failure to participate, win, or claim any prize due to issues with telephone, cell phone, texting, email, or internet access.

17. Internet Contests and E-Mail Club Promotions:

• a. All information in required fields must be filled out correctly and completely to avoid disqualification.

• b. To win a prize, you must reside within the listening area of Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK, as defined by the Station.

• c. Any problems with the internet or email are not the responsibility of Kickin Kountry 101, WKCK.

• d. Contestants who register to participate on our website may be required to produce a printed copy of proof of registration before participating in the contest.

• e. Due to the nature of the station’s online broadcasts, contests may be delayed by as much as 30 seconds or more, which may disadvantage online listeners compared to those listening on-air.
